Prompt.De Easy Studio

Last updated: August 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Prompt.De Easy Studio, a Chrome Extension by Prompt.De, handles information while helping users create prompts with Gemini Gems and automate user-requested work in Google Flow.

Prompt.De Easy Studio uses information only to provide its core workflow. We do not sell user data, use it for unrelated purposes, or use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility.

Information We Process

The extension may process the following information when the user chooses to use the workflow:

  • Account and contact information: Prompt.De account email or membership status used to access Prompt.De features.
  • Authentication information: local settings, activation status, or API keys entered by the user to connect supported services.
  • User-provided content: form inputs, product details, titles, prompts, uploaded reference images, generated prompt text, and workflow settings.
  • Website content: content from supported pages such as promptde.com, gemini.google.com, and labs.google that is needed to run the user-requested workflow.
  • User activity for automation: clicks, keyboard input, page state, DOM state, workflow progress, and download status on supported pages while the workflow is running.
  • Downloaded media metadata: downloaded Google Flow video file paths used locally for optional ffmpeg video concatenation.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

  • Load the selected Prompt.De Gem and prepare the required input form.
  • Send user-provided details to the selected Gemini Gem and read the generated result.
  • Parse image prompts, video prompts, and scenes for user review.
  • Automate the active Google Flow page after the user starts the workflow.
  • Monitor generation progress, detect completed images or videos, and download generated videos.
  • Optionally concatenate downloaded scene videos locally through a user-installed native ffmpeg helper.
  • Save local settings and temporary workflow state so the user can resume work after reopening the side panel.

Local Storage

The extension stores settings and temporary workflow data in Chrome storage on the user's device. This may include selected Gem, form inputs, Flow settings, provider preferences, activation state, parsed prompts, progress state, and recent workflow results.

Native Messaging and ffmpeg

If the user installs the optional native helper, the extension may send downloaded video file paths to the local helper so ffmpeg can combine scene videos into one final video. This process runs on the user's computer. The extension does not use native messaging for unrelated access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We do not transfer user data to unrelated third parties. User content may be sent to the services the user intentionally uses in the workflow, such as Gemini and Google Flow, because those services are required to generate prompts, images, or videos.

Remote Code

The extension does not execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly. Extension scripts are packaged with the extension. Network requests may be used to retrieve Prompt.De account or Gem data, but not to load executable extension code.

Data Retention

Locally saved settings and workflow state remain on the user's device until the user clears extension data, uninstalls the extension, or uses the extension's clear-data function where available.

User Control

Users can stop the workflow, clear local extension data, remove optional native helper files, revoke permissions, or uninstall the extension at any time through Chrome.
